Great food, cottage & the best boats we have ever had at a fishing lodge makes for a good trip.

"To everyone at Horwood Lake Lodge:

The words of the Bob Hope theme song are very appropriate for describing our stay at Horwood.

The food, the accommodations, the fishing -- even when it was only fishing, not catching --

and most of all the people will not be soon forgotten.

We want to thank you again for the wonderful time and all the attention showered on Barbara and Lisa.

Lisa especially liked Bill's help, even though once again she outdid me by catching the biggest Walleye.

And Barbara was thrilled to catch the first fish of the trip.
Although our big trip next year involves heading west to Nebraska, Colorado, Yellowstone and Banff,

we're pondering altering the return route to include not only western Ontario but perhaps a return to Horwood Lake Lodge.

We'll keep you posted. We won't start definitive planning until late January, after Barbara and Lisa

have their next muscular dystrophy check-up. If all goes well ..."
