Lures / Bait & Techniques:

Spring:
Trolling: - medium running minnow baits for spring (10 – 20 feet) - plastics on jig heads
Casting: - cast minnow baits, crank baits to rock piles and humps near post spawn areas - cast spinner baits, top water baits and inline spinners to structure
Jigging: - 10 - 20 feet with plastic tubes, grubs, minnows, worms or leeches - same depths with Gulp - light coloured jig heads and 4” twister tails.

Summer:

Casting: - cast crank baits to deeper rock piles and structure - cast tube & grub jigs to deeper rock piles, humps and weed beds
Jigging: - 10 - 20 feet with plastic tubes, grubs, minnows, worms or leeches - same depths with Gulp - light coloured jig heads and 4” twister tails.

* For ATV Adventure Trips to remote back lakes, we recommend that you bring
as little gear as possible on the trip.
A small tackle box and 2 rods & reels that break down are ideal.
Rod hard cases are great protection for travelling to and from the fishing areas.
All remote lakes are strictly catch and release.
